How long will it take?
The course is designed to fit around your other commitments. You could blitz it in a few evenings or take it steady over a couple of weeks doing an hour here or there. If you take the coaching option, you have extra support but you still control the pace of your progress.

With the coaching option, do I have to start straight away?
No, actually we suggest making a start with the online materials before you have your first session. After that, you will probably take at least a week before your second session. This gives you the chance to make progress and maximise your support. We're there for you on email too!
